Is this another organization?
No. The purpose is not to create another national dawah organization. It is to build shared direction and broader ownership while strengthening and learning from the organizations already doing this work.
Who owns this?
No single organization owns the vision. Its initial articulation grew from conversations among leaders and practitioners, including a national dawah gathering in 2026. That gathering was a starting point, not a founding body. The vision is being widened deliberately so that many institutions and individuals can help shape and carry it.
Is this a MAS initiative?
No. MAS participated in the initial summit alongside leaders and practitioners from other organizations, but this is intended to be coalition-neutral and larger than any one participating institution.
What exactly am I endorsing?
You are affirming that sharing Islam with America should become a major communal priority and supporting the shared 2050 direction described on this site.
What am I committing to?
Affirm → Explore → Act: affirm the priority, explore what it means in your sphere, and identify at least one meaningful contribution within the next 6–12 months.
Do I have to attend meetings?
No. This is a movement of direction, not a committee-led project. Individual and institutional participation is voluntary and based on your own organizational capacity.
Does every organization have to do the same thing?
No. The vision provides a shared destination, but the path depends on your unique mission. We strengthen the work already being done through shared alignment.
What is the role of existing dawah organizations?
Existing dawah organizations are at the heart of this work. The vision serves to amplify their efforts and invite the broader community to support and join their established platforms.
Who decides what this becomes?
The initiative is still developing. Its direction should emerge through broader participation, learning and responsible stewardship rather than ownership by one institution or permanent privilege for those involved earliest.
Can I withdraw my endorsement?
Yes. Endorsement is a statement of shared value. If at any point the vision no longer aligns with your priorities, you are free to withdraw your support.
Is this a political campaign?
No. This is a faith-based initiative focused on dawah and education. The effort is independent of political parties and focused solely on sharing the message of Islam.
